Shipping policy

Please be certain of the address you enter and the shipping you choose. Once orders are made, shipping is then out of the hands and control of XTD Beauty. You will have to contact the shipping company and use the tracking number that identifies your shipment. As stated in the return policies there are no exceptions to the fact that XTD Beauty will not and does not accept returns. Because of that, XTD Beauty cannot and will not, under any circumstances, process refunds.
